In a warm atmosphere, the Cultural Informatics Laboratory (CiLab) celebrated its time-honored tradition with the ceremonial cutting of the “Vasilopita”. Attended by all members—both in person and online—this event provided an excellent opportunity to reinforce our collective spirit and invigorate the forthcoming research initiatives.
The Director of CiLab Prof. Vagelio Kavakli and Prof. Evangelia Sampanikou extended their heartfelt wishes for a creative and successful New Year, emphasizing their optimism for the progress of all our research projects. In keeping with custom, the ceremonial coin found its way to Professor Thanasis Darandoumis, while the lucky recipient of the researcher’s gift lottery was Ms. Nikolitsa Gourgouli.
